Dr. Doug Floccare is an Emergency Physician with a special commitment to prehospital care.  As the Air Medical Director for the state of Maryland, he provides medical direction for the Maryland State Police Flight Paramedics who staff the state’s seven medevac helicopter bases.  He has a strong interest in emergency airway management, resuscitation of shock, treatment of traumatic brain injury, and systems of care.
